BTC Automotive offers a wide range of needle roller bearings. This bearing type has a high radial load capacity with a very low cross-sectional height and is therefore particularly suitable for tight installation spaces with small diameters.

Compared to standard roller bearings or ball bearings, needle roller bearings have a greater contact area between the needles and the needle roller raceway. The resulting line contact is responsible for the high radial load-bearing capacity. The radial bearing play of the needle roller bearings can be adjusted via the shaft and housing tolerance.

Due to their simple and compact design, needle roller bearings are particularly easy to assemble and can be used economically.

In addition to the common standard needle roller bearings, BTC-Automotive also offers customer-specific special designs with special seals, lubrication grooves / bores, materials and types of grease.
